I am also victim of the Cellular Choices Rebate scam. I see several other victims here as well. I bought a phone and waited the 180-210 days, filed all the paperwork, received couple confirmation emails on those, waited another 8-12 weeks and now got denied for some made up excuse.

I have $225 in 2 rebates due to me and am FURIOUS. I will do what it takes to uncover this SCAM. Please help, if anyone knows a way how to recover this from this fraudulent company please contact me.

I too have been mis-lead by Inphonics (aka A1 Wireless, aka Wirefly, aka Cognigen, and others).

Like you and many others we were not informed of their rebate process prior to our purchases. Nor have they been upfront or forthcoming with why it takes up to nine months and even longer for them to submit their promised? rebates.

I have done the following and would encourage you to do the same, don't give up ? help bring them to justice:

File complaints with:

1. Attorney General Office Washington D.C.(http://occ.dc.gov/occ/site/)

2. Attorney General Office New York (www.oag.state.ny.us)

3. Federal Trade Commission (www.ftc.gov)

4. the Federal Communications Commission (www.fcc.gov)

5. ((REDACTED))

6. Better Business Bureau - Washington D.C. (www.dc.bbb.org)
(note: they have been revoked by this BBB because of so many complaints)
7. Better Business Bureau - New York (www.newyork.bbb.org)

8. Better Business Bureau - Tempe Texas www.phoenix.bbb.org - (this is where your rebate went to Continental Promotion Group ? who handles the processing for Inphonic)

9. Doreen Dennis is suppose to be in the Office of the President of Inphonic that office is located in Reston, Virginia ? phone 706-636-0333 but it is hard to get anyone on the phone which makes me doubt Doreen Dennis actually exists.

10. Inphonic Corporate Offices phone number is 866-274-8573

11. Kesha Evans is at the Corp. Office also - her number is 202-333-0001 ext 131. Keep calling her though they tell you she is not available.

12. File complaints with your cell service provider as well.

In regards to Doreen Dennis look for a response from her to you through Rippoffreport.com she is full of words but lacks any action behind them take what ever she says with a grain of salt. She loves to throw up a smoke screen!!! You can try and reach her at 1-800-444-9543 - she rarely answers the phone cause she knows alot of people are angry at her and Inphonic. She hides behind email!

Dont' give up -
