Complaint Review: Cellular Choices - InPhonic - Verisign

i was online searching for cheap phones. So on the address bar i typed in cheap phones and clicked on search. Cellular Choices was the first web site found and i clicked on it. It has good price phones and great rebates. I SUBMITTED my rebate two months again and i still havent got it. I call the number on a letter they sent me which forward me to another number that ALWAYS busy. I NEVER got the chance to speak to NO ONE. The two rebates are worth a total of $150 dollars that are promised to me. I have prove that i fax them since i fax them using KinKos. The Company is still around. It is my understanding they change there company names to confuse people.
