Ok this is some of the things i have seen from inside this company. Anyone who has ever sold anything has had a bad customer complaint it is only natural that some people are unsatisfiable. I have seen bosses tell us that we can not take back returns because it will cost the company money even it meant screwing the customer out of there money i have seen restock fees go from 30 dollars to 60 dollars up to 120 dollars depending on the product upon my discussion with corporate att there is only supposed to be a 20 dollar fee. I have sat in meeting and listened to strategic ways to take the customer for everything they got. I my self got got i was making good money till chris kelley decides to make everyone minimum wage plus commission why would i b***h about commission that helps me right?try again i sold almost 1000 dollars in commission and was not payed a penny of it so thinking about a job not here. oh i forgot i worked for this company before and never was payed a dime of phone commission now accessories he will pay you for because we order the acc at 2.00 and he sells them for 19.99 or 24.99 depending on if you look like someone who could be played for the money.I was directed to lie on numerous occasions to the customers.


I myself was threatened on a daily basis for my job but because of my loyalty i toughed through it only to be fired on 1 customer complaint and then the 2nd time on a customer complaint 2 months prior to me being fired, sounds to me like excuses as not to have to pay the employees. Mr chris kelley i am not going to worry with all that money that you owe cause as the golden rule says do onto others as you would have them do onto you. You will get yours i hope i am there to see it.

yes these are all his businesses but let me not quote this the one behind all the pays are joanne kelley which would be his mother isnt that sweet mom teaches son how to screw people over becareful when shopping with this place make sure whenever you go in you check all your account info for your bill they like to add features that you dont ask for. read all contracts word for word you will know what i mean if you choose to purchase a new phone.


Walmart and Radio shack beat every phone price there and at corporate so go to those.

Listen Sir, I like you had the great pleasure of working under the pitchfork of the Devil Mr Chris Kelley of Cellular Express Plus. He has several At&t WIRELESS locations through out Florida and some how operates and owns T-Mobile locations in the southern states.                                                                                   

I recently worked at one of his locations on the east coast and let me tell you sir you are absolutely right about Cellular Express Plus and Chris Kelley ripping off customers that are in search of AT&T wireless service. The reason is Chris Kelley of CEP is business partners with the At&T wireless manager of the state of Florida his name is Jacob Mullins out of the Lake Mary AT&T wireless Headquaters.  

Just Google Chris Kelley or Cellular Express Plus AT&T and look at all the negative feedback and AT&T wireless customer complaints. If he was not business partners with Jacob Mullins of AT&T there is no way on Gods green earth that he could ever sell AT&T wireless services much less stay in business.

I noticed on one of the many consumer complaint boards that Chris Kelley and Jacob Mullins of AT&T Wireless, all complaints should be directed towards Mr Jacob Mullins higher ups. I did some research on Mr Mullins superiors and the closest one seems to be in Atlanta. His name is Steve Sitton I cant remember his exact position but this man from what I have read has the ability to put Jacob Mullins and Chris Kelley out of the AT&T Family. Mr Sitton if this complaint should come across your desk please do your research on Chris Kelley and Jacob Mullins. These 2 deviant individuals are very harmfull  to AT&T Wireless just look for your self and you will see.
