Complaint Review: Cellular Express Plus

still have not received my refund after 3+ years.

There are hundreds of at&t customers like this that jacob mullins has ignored their complaints. I have worked as a district manager for chris kelly and his new silent partner jacob mullins att wireless director out of the jacksonville market. These guys together are ruthless they did not care about our customers at all. everyone must send their complaints to steve sitton or ralfh delavega. they are the only people who can shut this corruption down.

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO KNOW THE LOCATIONS OF REAL AT&T-OWNED STORES?

According to the website for the real AT&T-owned stores, their deal is: "30-day trialuse the phone for up to 30 days to make sure it's the one that you want. If you don't like it, you can return it to the closest AT&T retail store, and exchange the phone or cancel service without penalty."

If you try to return a phone to a Cellular Express Plus-owned store (which looks very much like a real AT&T-owned store), you will learn the hard way about their restocking fees, conditions, and reservations which are listed on page 2 of the CEP "sales receipt" that they have you sign (but don't explain) when they sell you a phone, ...at least they didn't explain same to us until we tried to return a purchase to them...things like, "Cellular Express Plus NEVER makes refunds on accessories"; or, after they figure out how much money they are going to let you have back on the phone you are returning, "CEP reserves the right to process a standard check in the mail that can take 3-6 weeks."...etc.

If you drive to the 260 North Drive address, you will see it is an nondescript older metal warehouse-style building set far back off North Drive, with a for sale sign out front. This location is in an older industrial park which has many vacant buildings, and many for sale signs. Large lettering across the front window of the building states it is a used car company. A small homemade sign about 10 inches tall and maybe 16 inches wide is on the ground and leans against the roll-up door on the front of the building.

On this small sign is lettering that reads "Cellular Express Plus", and there is an arrow on it pointing you to go to your left around the corner of the building. Once you turn the corner, you are walking on a narrow walkway that runs down the side of the building with bushes to your left that go all the way down to the back corner of building. When I had walked just part of the way down the side of the building, I began to feel like this would be a good spot for an ambush. The entry door to CEP must be clear in the back of the building. I did not go all the way around to find out because the setup is CREEPY. No one was on the premises, even though it was during work hours. There is a large mailbox set way out front at the street that has the lettering 260 North Drive.

The headquarters for the Cellular Express Plus-owned stores could not be in a setting that more accurately reflects the way that they do business, in my experience.
