Cell One has no customer loyalty bonus! I have been a good customer going on 10 years and have not gotten so much as a thanks. On the contrary new customers get bonuses for signing up. One would think that after that many years they would give you a bit of a discount on the more expensive phones, or better yet a loyalty credit on your bill. Dont get me wrong they have given me great service with very few problems but I would like to think that they care!
