I ordered a cell phone case from this company. Did research on their site ordered it. Site says gaurantty 24 hrs an ship That did not happen Request did,but item shipped 3 days later.  I also was charged 6 bucks for shipping an handling,an they mailed it.

 I finally received my case I thought till openned package.. It was not for my phone. I played hell getting a live person. After an hour finally got operator. Explained issue ,after she checked.. Apologized  Said sorry for sending wrong case.. Took my order for correct case..  Sent me return label for return worng one. Issue is wanted me pay return postage for their mistake.

 After 3 days package still didnot ship. Called number got vm system . Left message if package did not ship contacting cc company for fraud. Got package in 2 days..

 Still not happy why had pay myself to ship their mistake back. Called company,with hell getting live oerson. The gentleman argued with me. Said was my mistake. I oredered wrong item an deal with it. That is words.

 I did send item back as had no use for it. Cost me $2.74 to return it. Far short of 6 bucks they charge. Sent in same wrapping they sent in. Why charging over twice what actually cost???

 Not issue of 15 bucks . Issue they made mistake. An company is not doing what they should do to correct it I did review check online. Numerous complaints . All getting wrong cases sent. An trouble have to try get corrected. This company sucks . An never use them again
