Complaint Review: Cellular Outfitters

I have ordered several items and no problems, last order delivered was not mine the invoice had a different name and items. This time my orders are not being found in the order status page.  Also they charge $5.99 for the first item and an additional $1.99 for each item.  At the very bottom of their page they state there is maximum limit of $30.00 discount even when they offer 50% off entire order. 

Right now I am waiting for cases for new iPhones and they have not answered my emails and they no longer offer phone service to contact a live person directly.  I am very disappointed with their customer care services. 

And They should have to put the cost of shipping and handling on the order page.  They offer three types of shipping services the one for overnight they do post the cost, however for 4-10 days no prices and for next shorter time period they don't list prices and on my last order i selected it and it as $4.00 more than the regular prices of $5.99 first item and $1.99 and each additional item.  So if you do decide to order with them don't have expectations of receiving your items in a timely manner and be prepared to pay high shipping cost.
