I went to website to ORDER nextel national incoming free plan WITH OPTIONAL plan "Talk & Text - Nationwide Direct Connect Access & Two-Way Messaging Express - Includes 100 Bonus Anytime Minutes & First Month Free! - $10.00"
I called to verify availablity of service and phone.(i530) feature I discussed in DETAIL with the order girl said she would place order.. WHEN I received the phone and printout of plan.. NO OPTION plan was mentioned.. I called nextel to activate and they said NOT AVAILABLE!
