I ordered 4 Chocolate cell phones from this company in early January,2007....I received 3 of them and an empty box...
I called them, their represenative told me that I would have to purchase another cell phone for full price and then they would credit my account within 5 to 7 business days...
Well it has been o month and a half now NO CREDIT to my account as of yet! Each and everytime I call their customer service center, they all guarantee me that my money will be credited to my account but it never is...
This company is a major online rip off and I am furious...
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!
