They sent me a notebook cooler an open box that looks like ergostand
r9-nbs-4uak, in the box. However it is missing 2 usb ports and the speed
control, the speed control being what I really needed. After weeks of
sending tech support pictures showing them the areas where the missing
usb and speed controls are, they tell me they don't sell what they sent
me.
This is after a shipping delay, because they sold a product
they didn't even have in stock. This is the first and last time I ever
order from them. Don't sell stuff don't you have in stock, and then tell
the customer we don't sell that when you obviously did.
