cellularking.com ripoff cashed check & will not send product New York Internet
I ordered a phone case from Cellularking.com. Within 10 days he cashed my check, I have proof,( I have a copy of the cashed check.)I have called him several times and he puts me on hold and or tells me to call back. I have my phone record to proof this also. I have called and talked to Kenny at least 10 times.
I even faxed him a copy of the cashed check front and back and he still says he needs proof that this is his account that cashed the check.

Notice the date on the email from below. This comes from Kenny from Cellularking.com. Todays date is January 15th 2003 and still no case. I talked to Kenny again today. He says he needs more time to resarch. This is his excuse every time I call. As you can see below from the e-mail I even sent him copy of my cashed check to prove he cashed it. This guy is all fraud!!!
