Cellularone Billed us after we cancelled the service Misulla, Montana

We were happy with the company in Oregon. However, here in Montana, Customer service wanted a password that was never requested and refused service.  We had the service 4 days and nothing would work, apps failed, etc.  We canceled our service withing 4 days and was refunded our money when we returned the equipment.

We now are being billed for the service and they want us to travel over 60 miles to go to the dealer to get this resolved.  The operator at the Cellular One store had over 4 cancellations due to poor customer service response.  This company is crap, customer service cares less an on top of that our phones were recalled.

As an example, my login to gmail was ****, the software kept appending "gmai.com" to my user name.  We are thou with this service.
