Complaint Review: Cellularone

Cellularone ,did not report a change they made to there towers to there customers.We were without service until they could change are sim cards.We was told we would not be billed for the out of service time. Elkins West Virginia

Cellularone negleted to inform there customers that they made changes to there towers.We had no service on both of our cell phones from exit 9 on interstate 79.We had no service in Charleston WV or any where to Huntington West Virginia. We had to call and ask why.We were told they made the changes to the towers and that we would have to take our phones in to have the sim cards changed! So we were both without service that we were charged for.

I feel they broke the contract and agreement we have with them due to there neglet. We certainly should not be chared for no services rendered. Then when we got back from our vacation we had to go 43 miles to the nearest cellularone location to have our sim cards changed! They told us while we were there about the towers being changed. That a lot of there customers had to come in to get there sim cards changed.So i replyed that since we were not notified we should not be billed for time we did not have any service.We were told they would ajust our bill.

So we get the bill and we were charged for the down time because our bill is taken out automaticaly through our credit card. So they ripped us off and i wonder how many others? This seemed like a gimick to me because they were pushing different plan and options on people coming in with the same problem. Thank You
