1.confusing billing statements they can't even decipher

2.request a change fo service numerous times,they keep billing at higher rate and then 2 months later oh by the way we need you to come in and sign (nobody could or would say from the beginning they needed a signature)

3.harassed at place of employment 5 yes five times told don't call me at work even by shift supervisor they still continued

4.numerous calls concerning payments made yet not credited to account( representatives could not or would not find records when we had a computer generated receipt )

5.numerous shutdowns of service when bill had been payed or shut it down a few days early from bill due date

6.no way to verify or complain all you get is a first name and phone number, no employee number or last name whats up with that
do they have that shoddy of a business that they have to hide?

7.totally unprofessional until you make the statement of the fair debt collection practices act, they asked me for the web site address
