I was billed 15 months for 13 months of service. This has happened to me twice. The first time I thought I was mistaken, but went back and checked and found out that I paid one extra month. The second time, I paid the first month and was never credited. And then billed for a month AFTER the service stopped. If you have a cellular one account and are going to cancel, make sure you get your billing history in writing and give 30 days written notice. If you are considering cell phone service, do not use CellularOne. The service is lame, the calling area map is totally fabricated and has nothing to do with available signal strength. I can't think of anything good
to say about this waste of a company. Pesonally I think Cell service is the bigest fraud ever perpetuated against the U.S.consumer.
