My wife made the mistake of signing up for a free sample of this product back in September 2007. This company continued to bill us monthly for new product that was not requested, Oct and Nov. Once I realized what they were doing (in Nov), I requested an RMA and shipped their product back for the refund promised on their website. We also requested for them to stop shipping us product immediately. We still have not received a refund and they billed us again in Jan 2008 a month after we requested them to stop. I contacted their customer service Jan 29, 2008. The request again for them to stop billing us and refund our money. Customer service was belligerent and continued to taut some agreement saying we had to pay because we did not cancel during the initial 30 days. This extortion and I do not appreciate a company trying to rip my off like this.

I have already filed a complaint with my credit card company and filed a complaint immediately with the Better Business Bureau. This company has over $220 of my money for product we do not have and for product we did not want. BEWARE of this organization and its fraudulent advertisements and warranties.
