Complaint Review: Cemex Construction John Bruno

 I hade John Bruno from Cemex Construction replace my mother in laws drive way in Highland Hts for a cost of $8,500 and after not even one year it is cracked and chipping all over and looks terrible. I called John and he says it is not his fault that it is the suppliers fault that made the concrete. I told him I gave him the job and he is responsible and he said read your contract I am not responsible for cracks and he said he would turn this over to his attorney and not to call him again and he hung up on me. I did further checking with my local court and building department and they said they have had many problems with him.
