Complaint Review: Cenex

I was contacted by Dave Baker from Maxresults Marketing LLC, after I had researched grants on the internet. The conversation felt legitimate. We discussed the process of obtaining corporate grants. Mr. Baker stated that he had been doing grant work for over 18 years and that the process takes anywhere from 60-120 days. It was explained that I would need to pay 20,000.00 for the grant writing and submission process.  I didn't know at the time, but Grant submittors get paid on the back end by successful grant submissions, directly from the corporation providing the grant. I've followed up with Mr. Baker on a semi-weekly basis via email and until today, he has responded. I've been contacting the customer service number, which is not the one on the website, (which is  no longer viable) since about three weeks from the inital call and the phone message is alway "We are on the phone working with other clients, please leave your name and a message and we will get back to you. The usual turn around time is 2-3 hours"  I've left a number of messages and to date have received no return calls. I am embarrassed to say how long it has taken me to finally get the information I have now and I hope to be able to get this resolved. These people are thieves and scammers. I feel very embarrassed that I actually paid the 20000.00.
