This dealership is a rip off! I supposedly leased a new vehicle (Enclave) from them over 3 weeks ago and the deal was that they would make my last 4 payments on the vehicle that I was trading in. They told me the check for the last 4 payments would be in my hands in 1 week. I have received nothing from this dealership and as a result, I am now delinquent on my car payment for the other vehicle. Every time we call the dealership to find out what the status is of the check, we get the run around. In fact their Sales Manager, Roy, has lied to us on several occasions, telling us that the check would be there in a few days, but when we have gone into the dealership to pick up the check it is never there and we are fed another lie. Not only am I submitting this rip off report, but I will be contacting the Attorney General for the state of Nevada to report their fradulent practices.

After sending a copy of this form to the dealership, the issue was resolved immediately. It seems that upper management was completely unaware of what had happened, but once it was escalated, it got taken care of in a matter of hours.
