We went and purchased three phones on one contract, we were told all features were included for the price of $40.00 a month plus $10 for each companion, we got the first bill it was almost $300.00, I then called and asked why it was so much they said cause each phone had caller id, voicemail, three way yada yada yada and all the other features on them. They also said there were activation fees. ok we paid the first month after almost two years of having two hundred dollar phone bills I said I was done with them! I called told them I wasnt paying no other bills and to shut off service, they keep billing me per month for my three phones and all the features as if I was still using the phones.

Another problem was that one of the phones was my moms and were she lives was a guaranteed service area, well for the entire two years we never had service there, always had to get in our car and drive over a block away before we could get signal. I put in a trouble ticket and they said there was nothing they could do for me.
Also, we purchased WIRELESS INTERNET from them, paid 50 bucks for the modem, was told the speed would be faster than dial up, but couldnt give me an exact speed, got the unit home after installing everything on my computer, I started using my new wireless connection, and it sucked a*s, my dial up connection through people PC was faster than the wireless one they sold me for 40 bucks a month!

I think someone should do somthing about their unfair business practices and overpricing. They arent the ONLY wireless phone and internet provider out there.
