Centennial Wireless Watch your phone bill !!! This is INSANE !!! Fort Wayne Indiana
I HAVE BEEN WITH CENTENNIAL SINCE 1997 LAST CONTRACT IS UP...THANK YOU GOD !!!
IF YOU LOOK CLOSE AT YOUR BILL EACH MONTH YOU MAY NOTICE THAT SOME CALLS ON YOUR BILL DO NOT HAVE A DATE OR AN ITEM NUMBER ATTACHED TO THEM BUT, IT DOES HAVE THE NUMBER OF MINUTES AND USUALLY ....ADDITIONAL CHARGES
PLUS ALL THE EXTRA CHARGES FOR GOING OVER YOUR PLAN MINUTES (IF YOU TALK ON YOUR PHONE A LOT.)
BEFORE TODAY THEY WOULD CREDIT THE ACCOUNT
EVERYBODY I TALKED TO TODAY HAD TO "GO GET THE SUPERVISOR"???
ONE PERSON TOLD ME I "SWITCHED TOWERS"???????
(sorry cap-lock on)
Then I was told that the charges list were "Carry-Over minutes"?????????
Going over combined plan minutes at that exact time of day, at that moment??
It's not the staff's fault at the store everyone was helpful but had not a clue And nobody had a reasonable explanation and declared the charges legit???
Only one wanted to argue about it(which would be a waste of my time) What the heck This is insane !!!!!
and it get's better... Then I was asked "Do You want to renew your contract???????????????"
( I just about fell out of my chair at this point) Then I was offered a $150.00 credit and 2 new phones
It looked like this
Item #256-Jul 31-2:33pm-(phone #)-(tower location)-22.0 min-$0.00 Incl
101.0 min-$19.19 $19.19
Item #257-Jul 31-2:47pm-(voice mail)-(T.Location.)- 1.0 min-$0.00 Incl.
If these charges are not a mistake then why can't I get a straight answer??
It just doesn't make sense
2:33 pm to 2:47pm 101 minutes ????
They about $50.00 this month alone. I wonder how many customers they have that they do this to each month? Hmmm? looking forward to any input

Ok, what you posted is telling me is that you were on that individual call for a total of 123 minutes. The first 22 minutes were included in your plan minutes and the next 101 were not included thus causing you overage. Your overage was billed at $.19 per minute which is why that call cost you $19.19. Why is that so difficult to understand?
As for a company charging for going over your combined plan minutes? ALL WIRELESS COMPANIES charge you for going over your minutes! You should be gratefull that your company only charges $.19. Had you been with Verizon you would have paid $.45 per minute and that same call where you went over your plan minutes by 101 minutes would have cost you $45.45!
It would behove you to resign that agreement! There is not another company out that I am aware of that is going to charge you so little for your overage AND offer you $150 to resign plus 2 new phones!
Guess some just have to learn the hard way
