Don't beleive a word they say, just hang up!! I can't beleive this outfit is still in business, this is the third time in the last two years our school has had to deal with this.

We have had three teachers victimized by this scam! It starts with a friendly phone call offering a free, sample newsletter with no obligation to subscribe which, when received, is accompanied by a 590 page book and an invoice for $253.95, the combined price of the book, the subscription and shipping & handling! There is no information enclosed as to how to go about returning any of the publications, it can be found on their website but you have to do some digging to find it. If you fail to aggressively pusue that avenue and return the book, at your expense of course,  you will receive continued invoices and phone calls demanding payment. Ignore those and you will be turned over to a collection agency.

Calls to customer service will put you in contact with a friendly representative who will tell you that THEY are doing YOU a FAVOR!! by allowing you to return the book at YOUR expense so they can then cancel your account.
