After being so frustrated and upset and an unknown charge, we contacted the customer service of the company to find out this weird $39.95 charge. The lady told me that she doesn't handle this business and they will contact me back soon in "48 hours". I also asked them what products they sold, and she only bluntly said "programs" and unexpectedly wrapped up the conversation saying that I WILL be contactd soon in "48 hours". I only ordered a CD in exchange for shipping and handling for only $2.95! I did not pay for a monthly subcription nor authorized it!
