Complaint Review: CenteX Hometeam Security

I sent a letter to this company requesting to cancel services at the end of contract due to their delayed response during emergencies. Despite my request, they continued to bill me. I contacted them and they stated that it was automatically renewed. I informed thm I had call and also sent a letter. They stated they never received a letter. I am really unhappy with the service and yet I am stuck again with another year of awful service. The manager handling the call was also very rude. Stay away from this company. They are managed now by Ranger American
