we purchased a home from centex in February 2007, after the closing we have had numerous problems with our pool. centex has made two halfharted attempts to take care of the problem to no avail. at this point centex refuses to finish the job that they had promised to do 6 months ago. the matter is a large hydration stain in the deep end of the pool that was caused by a memebr of the centex team turning off the water during the filling process of the pool leaving a large 3 feet by 4 feet brown stain from the water being evaporated. the warranty staff Darryl Didder, Joe Pufall continue to make excuses and reasons on why they will not address the problem. they have gone as far as sending a pool service { who by the way had no clue on how to perfrom the test they sent him to do, he stated to me that he have never done this test before. } to take a water sample claiming that we have not taken care of the pool. we have documented proof for the last 15 months that the water in our pool is in balance and meets acceptable industry standards. This stain is not something that was caused by neglect on the part of us the homeowner. all we are asking is that centex lives up to their word and stops playing games and tricks and takes care of this problem. at that point we will be satisfied and we can all go on our seperate ways. Also, we will persue this matter by any means at our disposal, we will find media outlets that will listen and possibly be appalled at the lack our concern and customer service that centex has shown us. we would think that in this difficult housing market centex would want to avoid any undue bad publicity. But centex corporate does not even have the courtesy to return our telephone calls, maybe they think if they ignore us the problem will go away. we could go on for paragraphs but will await a response.

Problems with your pool! There are people homeless and some living in wrecks built by home builders and you have problems with your pool! THE END IS NEAR!
