Complaint Review: Centex Homes

Centex Homes Once a JD Powers report is completed, the service provider gives you over to its so called "customer service" that only cares about minimal service and saving money: since you've already completed your JD Powers report. The pre-customer service people are splendid so they can get a good Power score, but the cs people are at best minimalists. Ripoff Bluffton South Carolina

Many people in my neighborhood are suffering from high water bills and I am suffering from a leaky water line in my front yard. For one year, I have told my service provider, supt., then the landscaper I was referred to by the supt., now Centex customer service. After at least seven contacts about leaks, breaks, high water bills, etc., I had enough and wrote an email expressing my frustration.

My response basically said, "Tough, we only have two incidents reported over the time frame," forget it.

CENTEX TRIES TO MAKE ITSELF LOOK GOOD, WHEN ALL IT CARES ABOUT IS PROFIT (SHODDY SERVICE IN SOME PARTS OF CONSTRUCTION THAT THEY ARE UNWILLING TO ADMIT OWNERSHIP) AND YOUR SCORE AND NOT THE CUSTOMER, IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM.

I WILL FROM HERE ON OUT TRASH THEM TO EVERYONE I SPEAK WITH...
