They have lied to us and added on a corporate advance to our loan that we never recieved from them. They have charged us late fees even if we stayed within the grace period of the 15 days. They have told different stories and cannot keep "THEIR" story straight.

They don't return your phone calls and when they do it is to collect money not to help you. If the market keeps dropping then why do our payments keep going up? They say they go by an index...but if so then why is this index higher than the feds announcement of the market value drop? We were told our payments would keep going up every three months...no matter what.

They did an appraisal on our property and said we had too pay for it and they would release this appraisal to us and when I called to get it then I was told they paid for it and we could not have it. They also told us they would accept a short sale and then told us we weren't approved for it.

Our house we can't afford anymore because the payments are way over a thousand dollars now so we have been forced to put it on the market and they REFUSE to work with our realtor. They said there is a person assigned for each state and the one for Indiana is Aron Boneau who simply refuses to work with our realtor or us. They have added on so many late fees and phone fees (when you do make a payment) that it is impossible to get ahead with this company! They added a huge corporate advance onto us that we NEVER RECIEVED!!

When confronted about this they cannot explain it..they tell us yes you did recieve this and there is nothing we can do about it. That is the response we get...and then a lot of arguing, to the point where you either hang up on them or get into a screaming match.

This company has stole our home, our lives and our sanity! They are continuing in doing this to several people to this very date. SOMEONE needs to put a stop to their viligant ways and stand up as a whole against this company..not as an individual.

We need to file a class action lawsuit against them..anyone who is with me..respond back at this site and lets get together...SOON!!

Enough of Mortgage THIEVES and THEIR LIES!

Hi Earl,

I agree with you, if we do not put a letter together with all the names of the people that CENTEX/NATIONSTAR has done wrong, we will not get any action. I have written to every single department, and the answer is, "GET A LAWYER". I'm in California, but if we send this letter to every single department head of different states, someone will have to listen.

They did not allow us to excersise the three day rescission period after a mistake was made by the Title company in the amount of $27,000.00 and they went ahead and had the Grant Deed notarized without my husband personally appearing before the notary. They did not want us to cancel and they were able to process the loan and get their money. Fidelity National Title, CENTEX, and the notary were able to process the loan and get away with it.

I also have a report posted, from Redlands California, and I went to the District Attorney and placed a complaint against CENTEX/NATIONSTAR Mortgage. You need to do the same and hopefully someone will pay attention. I went through all the motions of sending complaints to The Department of Insurance, The Department of Corporations, The Attorney General in California and The Secretary of State, Notary Division and they have done nothing. Their response to me is that, they do not litigate and that I need a lawyer. Well if I had the money I would have done that from the beginning! Don't give up, if we can get enough people we can make a big enough complaint and move forward with a lawsuit. I am trying to get the people complaining in the Rip Off web to e-mail me so that we can work together. I found a lawyer that will help us without huge upfront fees.

In our case not only did they violate the TIL ACT but they notarized our GRANT DEED without my husband personally appearing before the notary. The loan went through and nobody will do a thing. I hope the District Attorney moves forward!

Hope to hear from you soon!

Hi Earl,

I have been writing to every department you can think of here in California and there has been no help. We got our loan from CENTEX (2005) and we were promised, in writing, to have our interest lowered, no prepayment penalty, our bills paid, and receive cash. Well, when we got the documents to sign at our home with their notary, we noticed that the charges were outrageous. The following day I called them and told them that all I was going to cancel the loan if the charges woud not be changed $4720.00 for the loan and not a cent more. The representative from CENTEX asked me not to cancel the loan and that he would speak to his manager and see what he could do. The call came through and they agreed to my request. I also requested this in written form and it was faxed to my home. I also requested an updated Truth-In-lending, and after many calls requesting the Truth-In-Lending from CENTEX they asked me to call Fidelity National Title who was the title company and they produce this estimate. I called Fidelity Title and the representative informs me that she had made a $27,000.00 mistake and we would get less cash. She never let us know that not only was I going to get less cash but that our bills would not get paid. The representative from Fidelity National Title made a $27,000.00 error and both representatives kept this information from us, so that we would go over the rescission period and we would not be able to cancel the loan. They also notarized the Deed Of Trust without my husband appearing personally to sign the notary book or the Deed. I have tried everything, I don't know if we can place a complain together eventhough we are in different states. I have written to the Attorney General and I got a letter asking me to seek help from the Department of Corporation! I already wrote there.

Let me know Earl if you have contacted anybody!
