I worked remotely for them from Las Vegas, on their website from July 30, 2017 to November 2017. They paid me $15 per hour, plus a commission of $200 for every new mortgage they closed. I was "TO BE" paid every two weeks, but only received two checks in five months. They will not answer the phone, and have made no contact. They are like a persons skipping out on a debt. To make matters worse, my husband has cancer, and we need my pay to for medical bills. John Delaney Johnny Delaney have turned out to be very bad people.

I really feel disrespected by having to beg for a paycheck. I assume the other employees are getting their checks in a timely two week period. Every time I have asked to get caught up on back pay, they put me off.

Finally two checks arrived after 4 months. It’s like pulling teeth. They have me as a 1099 employee, and I can’t even pay the 28% tax that is due to the IRS. They still owe me over $3,400. I have all records and weekly time sheets.

Shame on John and Johnny Delaney, I thought you were better people than not paying your employees, and then not answering the phone. 

The Seattle Times and King TV, but are doing investigative reporting stories soon about them. I will be flying up to Washington on my own dollar for the TV interview next month.

John Delaney was the "Man of the Year" for the Washington State Mortgage Association. Their standards must be very low. How many people run out on paying you for many hours of work, especially when their husband is dying and you need every cent for medical bills.

My advice - if your looking for a job or a mortgage. Run from these guys.
