This company is nothing but scam and fraud. I signed up last November, and They did NOT have 1 offer for me at all. When I called them, I told them about my credit and they looked at my credit and they were confidence they can get me a loan. Then I talked to Jared and he told me, I need to register my business as a corporation because it is much easier to get a funding for an entity. They can start building credit history and they will coach me do that. They told me they can do all the paperworks and a business plan within 3 to 4 weeks for $2500, which would be deducted from the 2% commission. I told them I need to have the funding by January and they told me if they do the paperworks, they can finish within 3 to 4 weeks and look for lenders.

They filled couple papers and signed me up with dun & Bradstreet. I remember when I signed up, the lady asked me, "DID JARED PROMISE YOU A LOAN" AND I told her "YES". Then Jared came online and told me "I AM PROMISING YOU OFFERS, IT IS UP TO YOU TO TAKE IT OR NOT." They did file couple papers and they made a very generic business plan in 2 to 3 days and that was it. Then I was transferred to Paula, who is the loan processor. and she does NOT have one offer. I have to contact her, every 2 weeks and she tells me she has no approval. She told me to lower my credit, and I did, then she wanted to see my invoices, I sent her and she keeps telling my there is no proof of income. I invoiced $12000 in 2 slow months (Jan & Feb) and now she wants my tax return.

Also Jared was supposed to coach me to build business credit, and when I asked him, he said there is no funding. Now I am paying them $2500 for filing 2 papers and that is it. I did NOT get the coaching they promised, and I did NOT get one offer that asked me "DO YOU WANT TO TAKE THIS OR NO?" I read some of the complaints after I signed up with them and I was hoping they can prove me wrong but NO, All the complaints are accurate and they are nothing but fraud and scam.
