In July of 2014, I first spoke with a guy named Mark Reid about my Business Funding for Start-Ups. When I talked to Mark Reid, I was promised and Guaranteed that even with my Bad Credit, They specialize in Borrowers with bad credit and promised to have my business funded in 30 days. I finally agreed to continue under the impression that this company would be working with me due to my past credit history and was than scheduled with a guy named Colter White.

When I first spoke with Colter White, I was told that I had a D Paper and it was going to cost me $2,000 with a $300 deposit and promised once again that now my Profile would become an A profile and I would still be funded in the same 30 days Mark Reid promised me. I was also told by Colter White befor i signed their " Electronic Contract " that when I pay the $300, They will take action to create my Business Plan, Create & Send my Delaware Formation Papers to turn my business into a Limited Liability Company and they would create my Business Credit Profile with Dunn & Bradstreet.

In the long run the only thing they did for me was create my Business Plan and yet I had to print out the Delaware Business Formation papers and turn them in with also having to pay $170. I also had to create my Business Credit Profile and send out Personal Credit Disputes to the 3 Major Credit Bureaus. I shouldnt of had to do that especially if I was paying Central Business Funding to do that.  It's now Mid-October and yet I still havent been funded as I was promised by this company.

I spoke to a lawyer the beginning of October about my situation and at that point found out that the " Electronic Contract " that Central Business Funding has everyone sign was a fake contract stating the services they " WOULD " provide for you and when you pay for it, Your stuck doing the services on your own while  they pocket your money. I haven't even heard from Central Business Funding since the Mid-September. My lawyer is in the process of Filing a Civil Action against this company. Please Don't use this company for Business funding because you will NEVER get funding, The only thing you will get from this company is a Empty Wallet.
