Central Butane
will quote you one thing over the phone and expect something else at
the time of service. For example, our tenants is a new customer and is
required to pre-pay, but he was told over the phone that he had 30 days
to pay. The company came and filled up the tank and THEN handed him a
bill for over $600 that he was expected to pay immediately. I have
personally been told that I have a minimum to amount to fill or else
they would not come out to fill it, which was not true as well. Take
caution in dealing with this company!
