i was taking this survey while this green tea offer came up. i was supposed to pay $4.95 for one product including shipping and handling charges. The company charged $44.85 to my card. I looked up on the net and found that several other people have the same issue.

I tried calling their customer service. It said that due to the popularity of their products they were incurring a high call volume and that I had to wait for 54 minutes before my turn. When i spoke to a representative I was told that there is nothing they can do abt it. I will have to return the product within 30 days for a refund.

What is deceiving is that when I received an order confirmation from the company, the email did not mention the products I had bought or the total dollar amount. This proves that they did not want me to know I was being charged ten times more. What if I never looked at my bank statement the very next day? I could not figure out what I had bought for 44.85 bucks. Since it was jus a day old, i recollected doing this survey.

The company website clearly mentions that the customer will be charged the actual price of the product only when there is no return and the customer is happy with the product. But they have charged me the moment I ordered.This company is using a very cheap way to make money. I wonder how good their products must be.
