Complaint Review: Central Coast Neutraceuticals - AcaiPure - Colotox - Fit-Fac

Like others I wanted to try AcaiPure and Colotox for the sample 'try it to see if it works for you' price.

Once Central Coast Neutraceuticals had my credit card number they kept charging my credit card for the products and even signed me up for a program called FIT-FAC which is charging me $29.95 a month.

So I am out $49.90 per bottle for 3 months for AcaiPure and Colotox and $29.95 a month for Fit-Fac.

I did not want to sign up for these programs and got scammed. I tried to call customer service and they hung up on me after being on hold for one hour. I did receive an email from the company and they offered me $20 NOT to send my bottle of AcaiPure back. I accepted this refund however I have not received this offer for the Colotox or the Fit-Fac program.

**I had no option but to report my credit card lost or stolen ** This is the only way to to stop these bandits from putting new charges on my credit card. I hope all of the other victims do the same.

I made a report to the FTC.gov for Fit-Fac and a separate report for Central Coast Neutraceuticals (for AcaiPure and Colotox).

My credit card company, Mastercard, which is an EBAY mastercard, is run by GE Money Bank. The rep at GE Money Bank told me he gets ALL sorts of complaints against AcaiPure, Colotox and Fit-Fac.

I hope someone starts a class action suit against these people. This is fraud and needs to be stopped.
