Central Coast Neutraceuticals Charging my credit card withouth any authorization, also deceptive advertising Largo Florida

I paid $1.95 for a sample of Acai Pure nutritional supplement from Cental Coast Neutraceuticals in Largo, Florida, however, when I received the package, there was a bottle of Hoodia water and Hoodia gum in it, I tried calling several times to no avail but did leave one voice message. I returned the package stating I did not want it and there was never any mention of receiving any other items.

After all that, they sent another bottle and charged my account 3 times since then with charges of $39.95, $41.85 and $44.90. I have repeatedly sent e-mails telling them not to make any more charges but they are still doing it. They never had my authorization and I have e-mailed them at least 5 or 6 times telling them to credit my account but they have totally ignored me.

I informed them that I cannot even chew gum so why would I have ordered this? I am furious as this is fraud, deceipt, bait and switch and many other charges that should be against this company. I sent them an e-mail and returned their last package on 11/3/08 two day delivery, certified return receipt and signature required and as of 11/10/08, I have heard absolutely nothing.

Please, let's get together and do something to stop these brazen people who are making money and laughing at all of us. I think they needs to be a class action suit against this unethical company.
