I signed up for trial sample to only be charged $5 for shipping...however, NEVER received product...but billed my card $ 45.85 on Sept 26th, 2008!!!! Can't get a hold of a LIVE person...just keep getting msgs...and you can't leave msgs. I did get to a voicemail box that says you can cancel if you have your account number...however, I never received product so I don't have my acct. number! I'm afraid they will continue to bill my card! I did leave my name, address and phone number...but their message says that the messages are not reviewed by a live person, so I am not sure how my account will get cancelled.

Their voice mail system will not allow messages
I want a full refund of the $45.85 as I have never received product and this is a rip off company!
