Complaint Review: Acaipure

Central Coast Nutracetraceticals Inc. sent 1st pkg back & canceled they sent and charged for next one. won't answer phone now. Largo Florida

I saw the product on line. The website said that Oprah had talked about it and given acaipure a good review. The product contains herbs and I like the idea of the herb part and got it. Central coast nutraceuticals inc. said that I would pay $9.95 for shipping and handling and receive a free gift with it. What they didn't tell me was that I had to pay for the FREE gift, which wasn't free after all. I felt taken advantage of and decided to return the unused and unopened product to them along with a cancellation of any future orders.
Instead of the charges been taken of my credit card account I rceived another bill this time for $44.95. I called their phone number and was told that the waiting time was 72 min. I hung up and tried to find a better time to call. As you wait you can hear them click in to listen if you are still there. Today I waited for 1 hr. 23 min 10 sec. but I finally got through and was given the return number that is supposedly necessary for the return process... I used the opportunity to cancel again. The guy who answered my call was very nasty.
