I ordered the risk free/pay shipping only trial bottles of Acaipure and Colopure. In the very fine print that nobody reads this was not risk free. Central Coast Nutraceuticals,Inc. charged my bank account $29.95 for a membership to Fit Factory. Then before I had a chance to open the bottles they sent me more of the product and charged my bank card 38.95 and 39.95.

I did not authorize anything to be taken out of my account but the shipping on the first order.

This morning I called them and after waiting 25 minutes I spoke with a very rude man. He told me that I didn't read the fine print that he called Term and Conditions and that there was nothing he could do for me.

How does a company like that stay in business? I hope they don't! Ripping people off is no way to do business. If they were honest the product would sell its self. I don't care if it works or not. I am too mad to even try it.

I received an e-mail from Harold Cameron today {Jan.5} saying that the Arizona State Attorney General has filed charges against this company because I was not the only consumer to be ripped-off. This e-mail just made my day. Harold said that it is a class action suit and we should get our money back because they used tricky wording and false statements to hook us and then charged our debit card accounts more than we agreed to pay.

After I called the Fit Factory, I guess they knew they were in trouble so they credited the 29.95 back into my account. That helped some but I am hoping to get all of my money back. I hope they go out of business. If they can't be honest they should not be allowed to run a business.
