Complaint Review: Central Coast Nutraceuticals Inc.

I ordered the FREE TRAIL. I was to pay $4.85 s/h. My credit card was charged $44.00. I called my credit card FRAUD UNIT. I gave them all the details. Invoice number, telephone numbers, copy of email I recieved from the Acaipure.

I was instructed by the CC to return the product as soon as it came in. So I followed the return instructions on the invoice, but was put on hold for 94 minute just to get a RMA (Return Merchanise Authorization) number. Without this RMA number the company would not give full refunds for the products they shipped. Who has the time to sit on the phone for 94 minutes?

The credit card company and I made several attemps to contact this company but were unable. My credit card company filed a report against Acaipure.
