Saw on-line for free 30 day sample of Hoodia product, and free 30 day Acaipure product: placed order for free products and was notified by e-mail that my bank account would be billed $1.95 for shipping each product. Several days later, I received 2 packages of products which contained multiple items I did not request.

When I received my bank statement, onthe date of 11-10-08, I was billed $42.85 and $41.85 for the two orders. on 11-28-08, another charge of $38.95 was removed from my account for Hoodiawater: I had not requested more product, nor have I received additioal products.
The return policy on the order form state that if you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, simply return all unopened units for a full refund (less Shipping and Handling) within 30 days f this original purchase date.

Refunds will be given on unopened units only. Exceptions will be made on trial offers. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returned merchandise requires a delivery confirmation from the sipping provider and an RMA number from Customer Care.

When you call customer service dept. --no one answers. When you e-mail support@coastnutra.net , you cannot submit the e-mail.
This is definitely false advertisement and a rip-off.
