I ordered green tea for 5.95, Acai berry for 4.95. online. I saw 2 pending charges, 1 for 4.95 and 1 for 44.85. Bank of America gave me 2 different #s. I called the 4.95 which was actually legitimate and they immediately cancelled the order. Then I called the one that charged 44.85. which happen to be Coast Centra Nutra. They explained that yes I ordered the 5.95 product but they always have other products that go automatically with it totalling 44.85. I asked them if they were the greentea or Acai berry, they said no. I really don't know what their product was but never ordered anything for 44.85. I asked them to cancel whatever it was and they refused saying it already shipped out and I should return it at my own expense after I receive it. They said if I return it back to sender they will not credit and they if I dispute the charge that will not bak down. I requested for a supervior and when 1 came on the phone, he said " I can really understand you, you have a really strong accent". We cannot cancell the order and he hung up on me.
I remember I started using American Express for 1 of the 2 orders, then I changed my mind and used visa. When I called Amex, behold there is another pending charge for 44.85. They asked me to call back to dispute if it posts.
This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with in my life.

I was very surprised but very pleased to see credits issued for all 3 charges. After my encounter with that rude manager, I thought I would have to drag this to court or something. My Amex charges came online and I was preparing to call today but I decided to check first and the credits were issued. I sent the company an emailcommending them on this great customer service and that they are not that bad afterall, they just need to improve on their customer relations.
I do not know if my rip-off report had anything to do with the credits but thanks anyway for providing a forum to lodge a complaint.
