Before the 14 day trial period was up, they sent me more products and charged my account twice and then charged me two more times for products I did not receive after I emailed their customer service and told them not to send any more products or to charge me for products that I did not order. I ordered the Celebrity Smile and the Green Tea Extreme, each for $1 plus shipping and handling. I did misread the very confusing terms and planned to cancel right away. I did not know that I would get the extra items. When I contacted the company the first time and asked to be removed, they answered that they would refund $15 if I kept the items.

I agreed, and I thought that they had taken me off the list as requested. They did refund the $15, but before my 14 days were up, my credit card statement arrived on the same day they sent two shipments. They had charged me for two more shipments which I returned. In addition, they had charged me for two more shipments that I did not receive.

I was willing to let the first charge go because they refunded had $15. but when I received the two more shipments, one of the Green Tea and one of the Celebrity Smile, which I mentioned above, I was sure that this company was not on the up and up so I sent them back right away. But when I checked the credit card statement, I saw that they had charged me four different times, not two.

I asked them to refund the money for the items I returned and the items I did not receive. There were five different charges on the account. I let the first one go, but the total of the others comes to $168.70. Even though I did not understand the terms at first, I read them carefully several times. They said "14-day trial begins when you receive the product," but they charged me and sent the second two shipments several days before the 14 day period was up.

All of this took place in a very short time period. The dates are on my charge, so I can confirm that they didn't wait 14 days. They said "If you are not satisfied with the trial offer, return the unused portion anytime before the end of the 14-day trial period and you will have no further obligation." Even though I believe I never ordered it in the first place, I returned it and they still charged my credit card two extra times.

Those that were ordered before the 14 day trial period was up were returned. Those that were not sent and the charge that was put on my account less than 14 days later after I had contacted them and asked to be removed from the program obviously should not have been charged. They owe me $168.70! I am worried that they will continue to charge me in the future for items that I have not received.
