The same guy (I forgot his name) has called me 3 times in the past month. The first time I just thought it was a mistake, so I called the 800 # listed so they could take my # off the account. The guy who called me answered, and he said he would take care of it. The next week, I got 2 calls in 5 minutes, and he left a voicemail each time. I called back, and the same guy answered, and I told him that I had received a call from him the previous week and the person he's looking for isn't at that #, and that I don't know what to do to prove to him that I am not the person he's looking for. He asked for my #, and said that it was a mistake the last week, and that I wouldn't receive anymore calls. This afternoon, I received another call from this company. I got very angry with the person I spoke with, telling them that this was the 3rd call i've recieved for this person, and asked what I could do to prove that i'm not this person. She asked for my phone #, and said she would transfer me to a supervisor. A man came on the phone, and I explained the situation to him. He said that it must be a computer problem, and that he would contact the IT department about the issue. I tried to say something else to him, but he interrupted me saying that he apologizes for the inconvenience. So I hung up on him. I'm glad to know i'm not the only person having this issue with this company.
