Buyer Beware... look at your monthly statement, on your cable bill every month, my bill kept going up and up with Brighthouse Networks, I finally got in touch with a human that informed me that I have been calling 411 every month on the same day at the same time, uhhh NOT-- I am at work on those days and do not use a 411 for any reason especially on my home phone number, they claim they can prove it by sending me a breakdown of my phone bill, that is not proof. No one made those calls from my home phone. They are nickle and diming us consumers to death, just like all the other utility companies, and what makes me really MAD is that FCC allows the cable company to bill for a month in ADVANCE-- how ironic is that, to pay for something I have not recieved yet, Yes I know I signed the so called contract, but the FCC should not allow this kind of behavior to be pressed upon us consumers, it is hard enough to pay the rising costs of all the other utility bills that I have and other people as well, and yes Cable is a choice not necessity, but to bill me for something I have not received yet, that is like walking into a grocery store and them adding an extra $133.00 to my current bill for when i get groceries next month. Very Ignorant.
