Gene Pierson. Stay far away from this man and Central Florida Exteriors, they are a rip off business, not only is this man a convicted Achoholic, I could smell it on his breath at the office, he has a shaddy work history as a scam artist along with this miller guy, ill post the link a the bottom for you to check out yourself... He is a joke, his new partners name is David, the one that (plays mister nice guy). He has no money to pay people, in fact he said if we didnt make sale we were not getting paid, even though we were hourly at 8 dollers. he says you work a month, then you get paid for 1 week, and they withhold the first week, and then when you quit oh oh the checks in the mail. no never came. watch out for these crooks, I hope they get what they deserve. To Whom It May Concern.
I am not certain that my previous addendum to my past posting on this web site has been scheduled by this web site to be attached or not?
Therefore, I may be re-submitting this addendum in a slightly altered state from that of the origional submittal.
If the two of these addendums appear simutaniously please disregard either one or the other.
Regarding my response to those who wished to associate me with the misdealings of Central Florida Exteriors of Orlando.
Upon re-reading my own response to the posting(s) which attempted to associate me with the misdealings of Central Florida Exteriors of Orlando and its Owner, it would appear as though I may have posted whilst in a state of unrest (upset).
As a practising Christian I feel in necessary to correct this.
Although I am not easily perturbed and rarily if ever angered, it would appear as though I like Jesus had also reached my limit in this one particular instance (ie: the slanderous posting).
However, Unlike Jesus who overturned the money tables and actualy physicaly assaulted the merchants, and God who wanted to wipe the Nation of Israel off the face of the Earth only to be subdued in His anger by the intervention of Moses, I chose rather (and perhaps unwisely) to merely retort in writing in an attempt to uphold both my Honor and my Christian Witness.
Although I have since made contact with Mr. Pearson in order to express my concerns with respect to his life style and his eternal state, this fact is no where to be seen but may it now be made known.
In addition, if both Jesus and God Himself are to be given a pass for being upset (also with due cause) then should I not also in my humanity be afforded no less grace?
I am not endevouring to make excuses (If I offended any particularily those of the household of faith I appologize) but I am mererly stating that 'We should not judge others according to their actions and ourselves according to our intentions.'

I can't believe that some "Simpletons" want to catagorized me with Mr. Rip Off Himself - Gene Pierson of Central Florida Exteriors who is a becoming an ever increasingly known Scam Artist.
I was an Employee of the Company Myself who he burned for over $2,100.00 (So if "Misery Loves Company" then all you other former Employees ought to be real happy that I got Ripped Off by Gene Pierson as well).
Don't even try to associate me as being in on some sort of scheme with him. Anything I told you as a Hired Manager I told you with a good and clear conscience at the time believing all that I was conveying was true.If I am to be blamed for anything then blame me for being too trusting which is usually my nature and my weak point.
When I saw that Gene Pierson and Central Florida Exteriors had no Integrity I Quit right then and there to preserve my own Character and Integrity, so the fact that you want to place me in the same Category as this Human Piece of Garbage is Extreemy Offensive to me.

Ok, this is getting rediculous. Here we go..... Starting from the top.
Central Florida Exteriors is a very productive and honest business. In no way is the business or the president, Gend D. Pierson, a scam/scamartist.
In this report, a Miller guy was mentioned. I would like to point out that Mr. Miller no longer works for or with Central Florida Exteriors. Yes, he was a crook and did steal money from the company, but was immediatly terminated.
David Lions is a new partner for the business, and very honest and hard working. He is in charge of hiring, firing, and T.O., and if you read this report, really was not mentioned as being a "bad guy".
There was never an agreement that stated that if an employee did not make sales, then they would not be paid. Everyone that worked recieved a paycheck. As far as waiting for a month for a paycheck, yes it is possible. We pay on a bi-weekly pay period and the first check is held back a pay period. Every employee is informed of this when they start, verbally, and in writing. And they are asked to sign two seperate forms saying that they understand, and agree to those terms. Just because someone wants to play stupid, does not mean they are entitled to money. They have gotten paid what they were supposed to.
If the employees were not getting paid, then why do we still have steady employees that have been here for several months? They have never complained because they know they are getting paid. The person that wrote this report is either only mad because they got fired for not doing their job correctly or efficiently, or they quit and just wanted to play dumb.
