David Seigel and Westgate Resorts misrepresents their timeshare opportunites in their 2 hour high pressure presentation.
One thing they say at the Planet Hollywood Westgate resort is that you're buying a deeded property right on the Las Vegas Strip, the most valuable land on earth.
Well there are owners who received their deeds that indicated a Las Vegas Blvd. legal description. Later received a revised deed that indicated a Harmon Blvd address.
BIG DIFFERENCE! Check your deed and if you have a revised copy....make sure the deeded legal hasn't changed. If it changed to Harmon Blvd....which I expect it has....you may be able to get your money back and have grounds to sue them. May have to get others to do a class action suit in order to get a lawyer to take the case.. but its definately fraud in my eyes.
I hate them......I hate David Seigel and his pompas a*s. Building his 90,000sq ft home on the backs of those he has ripped off.
Do Not Do Business With This Company. You'd be better renting a high end hotel room wherever you go for the price of the condo and maintenance fees that GO UP.....on a regular bases. BEWARE!!!
