Solar Hot Water RIP OFF!!!!! I was contacted by Go Green marketing who represented Central Florida Solar - they gave me the hard sales pitch - took up over 2 hours of my time and wouldn't leave my house until we signed up for the hot water install. They said they had a showroom where we could see a system for $14,995 and we could get a real deal by signing up today and start saving money with Solar Hot Water. The next day - Saturday morning a crew from Central Florida Solar showed up and installed our system - I didn't even have time to blink or research my purchase and I had holes in my roof and a new system I wasn't sure I even wanted. By the time I got quotes from other solar providers in Orlando I found out I had been ripped off by 3 times the amount I should have paid. Hot water should only cost about $4,500 and I paid over $12,000 for my system. It's a total scam - Buyer BEWARE - these guys will rip you off and walk away with your money to the bank. Central Florida Solar and the owner Bill Park did nothing to help me. they prey on the old and helpless and rip you off!!!!!! These guys are SCAM Artists - DO NOT USE Them - do your research and don't pay what I did and get stuck with a system that will never pay you back. And their claims of saving 30% off your electric is BS. Haven't seen even close to that on my bill yet.

I find it odd that not only have we NEVER done work for Joe or this address in question but also that Joe claims to not be saving the money that he was promised in a home that is either a rental home or a 2nd home to Joe. I looked Joe's address up on Seminole County Property Appraiser and was surprised to see that the address in question is not even his primary address.
Joe has slaughtered the name of a reputable company (Central Florida Solar) that he has NEVER done business with. Joe is also making claims that his solar that he purchased with another company is not saving him money.........................but how would Joe save money on utilities for a home that he does not occupy???????
I hope that intelligent consumers will see the holes in the story of this obviously disgruntle individual. It is ashame that reputable companies can have their name trashed by someone that has NEVER done business with them. This website allows "victims" to produce proof of purchase from the companies they write about to back up the validity of it.......... I'm guessing Joe will not be able to produce any proof of purchase with Central Florida Solar.

"Joe" is NOT and has NEVER been a customer of Central Florida Solar.
I am the owner of Central Florida Solar, I have been in the solar industry for over 27 years. In this time I have not had so much as a blemish on my record with the BBB, nor am I affiliated with Go Green. My company CENTRAL FLORIDA SOLAR installed a few systems as a SUB-CONTRACTOR for Go Green. Central Florida Solar has NEVER had to rely on any type of telemarketing; as word of mouth with my happy customers has always proven to be most successful.Furthermore, Central Florida Solar has NO RECORD OF ANY CUSTOMER BY THE NAME OF "JOE" LOCATED IN ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL. I would advice "Joe" to come forth with proof of purchase from my company, as well as getting better informed of the facts before slandering my company and reputation across the internet. If indeed "Joe" is MY customer I will extend to him the same type of customer satisfaction service I offer ALL OF MY CUSTOMERS.
As I mentioned above CENTRAL FLORIDA SOLAR IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH GO GREEN. This phantom customer named "Joe" should be more informed of the facts about the company he chooses to slander as it only weakens his argument when the truth is not told.
