Complaint Review: Central Nursing College

     I decided to go to Central Nursing College because I want to be a nurse I enrolled and everything was good In Term 1. But as soon term 2 started the DRN quits and some of the teachers quit within that term we had over 5 teachers because they kept on quitting.  We had a DRN who was hire and then he quits the administration was rude Vanessa always lost everything you would ask for copy's of your records and they would say ok I will give to you tomorrow but tomorr never came. Finally I had finish the program 2 yrs later did everything they ask for except I owed about 1,000 so they would not give me my certificate.  

     So finally 1 yr and half later I had the money for the school so I go give them the money and I said can I ha my certificate Vanessa says no because I dint complete the exit ATI I said yes I did she said well it says you haven't completed that so come next week and it's a 2-3 coarse week and you take a test and if you pass I will give you you're certificate I said ok I completed and got my certificat.  She says now well I need your live scan paperwork , money order, picture and a envelope I said ok will come back in 2-3 weeks because now I have to save for this she says ok.  1 month later I go to the school they are not there anymore so I called they had moved to Gardena. I go to Gardena the next day give Vanessa everything in front of the owners daughter and she says ok I will send out your papers to BVNPT I said great I'm happy finally I'm steps away from being a LVN. So I called February 2015 to make sure Vanessa sent out my papers and when I speak to her she says they where never sent out! I said wait a minute why not I did everything you asked for what the hell happened. She say the DRN quit and I forgot to ask her to sign your paperwork so you need to come and pick it up and send it on your own without a signature from DRN I said OK.  

      I go a week later to Gardena where the school is now located and pick up my papers I said Vanessa everything is in here everything I need to be able to take my NCLEX she says yes it's seald so you can't open it I said okay. I immediately go to the post office and mail it out priority mail and eventually 3-4 months later I here from the  BVNPT and they said the school dint put inn my transcript or my grades or hours so they gave me a form to give to the school for them to read and give the info to me so I could mail it out again so I called the school no answer I do this for 1-2 months straight I finally heard from one of my old school friend and she says  they are closed the school is no longer there or anywhere.  So I'm just trying to get my records and don't know where to go or what to do if you could help me please contact me thank you very much!
