The website touts a BBB rating of A+ and sells a warranty of 10 years on their work. Claims a longstanding business "3rd generation". Do a little digging and you will a number of LLCs setup around this business. Maybe there is an explanation for that.
There is no explanation for why 120 days later I still have no deck despite a downpayment. No timeline. No answered calls.
No materials have been ordered, only holes have been dug in the ground for the posts. All of our original contacts are gone; salesperson, 2 project managers. Now there appear to be no employees and our calls are not being returned. Emails as well. They certainly are not working on my home.
I was told the project would start a week following my payment. Delay after delay. Blamed a project manager who quit. The next one is gone, too.
Don't under any circumstances give this company a downpayment. Other reviews also state not getting a job completed and no refund. Excuses are the game.
