My sister and I bought this software "MEDICLAIMS 1.2.0" from this Company CENTRAL PROCESSING for the amount of $260.00
Thn material contained 2 software cds and maybe 7 pages of instructions and an EMAIL ADDRESS only with no call back number for help or support until fully loaded then tech support would kick in, but we never got that far. We tryed calling the number we call to order the software, but there were no responds.So then we emailed them letting them know our problem. They email back saying what number did you fax it to. We email back the fax number we fax to. Then we waite for a responds and we waite and waite and waite. We fax it again from another fax number thinking it that the problem was on our end. We email back asking if they receive the fax. They email back again asking what number did we fax to. This went on for ever until i just gave up. All that we were faxing was things they asked for befor they can hook us up. Which was the following:

1. Activation form with self exam provided by central processing.
2. Copy of EIN number
3. Tax ID

And they asked me to go get a DBA License for nothing. It is useless now. They wasted my time and all the money I put in for the software.
