Complaint Review: Central Property Management & Owner Marilyn

Central Property Management and its owner Marilyn are the most dishonest people with an absolute lack of integrity I have seen yet.

Everyone beware; all the negative stories you hear about them are absolutely true.

We rented from these disgusting cheats for 5 years, and they refused to fix appliances as outlined in the lease such as the Air Conditioner, Swimming Pool Hardware, Microwave Oven, Standard Oven, Sink, Disposal, and Dishwasher.

The house they rented to us was so poor, the sink even rusted out; how does that even happen?

For 2 years we reported a water leak so bad on the second floor, it was literally being channelled to and leaking through the first floor ceiling fire alarm next to exposed wires of the alarm putting us at risk constantly for an electrical fire.

Marilyn and her company refused to fix it.

The pool pump and directional nozzles failed so rather than fixing it, they let the pool turn black and blamed us; no matter how many chemicals you add, it won't matter if the hardware doesn't work.

The supports to the balcony rusted out so we couldn't even go outside for fear of it coming down.

This home had the absolute cheapest appliances money could buy, and the smallest Air Conditioner Unit for a two-story home 2800 square feet located on the second floor.

Rent was excessive at $1450 a month with electric being over $400 monthly.

These are just a few examples I am providing, but you want too stay as far awAy from these malicious, greedy, cheats that you can; if you don't you will be sorry.
